Installation was good but had a few minor requests and the team were on it the next day and was completed to our complete satisfaction - thank you. Communication with London Illuminations was excellent during prep and post installation. I was a bit surprised with the limitation of the lighting app not supporting cloud-based/remote access. You can only control it while connected to your home Wi-Fi and not while away. From my reading I understood that it worked thru Wi-Fi anywhere. London Illuminations advised that an update to the app this year will allow full cloud-based support (in case you want to change a schedule or make any changes while away from home). This is definitely not a showstopper to my good recommendation and look forward to app update. We are very satisfied with decision to use them and the final results. I really don't think you will be disappointed with the results and the massive amount of preset lighting effects available. We have already had neighbour's asking about them after a few days.

We’d been considering permanent soffit lighting for a while and reached out to London Illuminations for a quote. We received a very reasonable quote and decided to move forward. Senu immediately began some of the initial wiring on the spot to prepare for installation, and they managed to fit us into their busy schedule shortly after. The installation took about three hours, and we were amazed at how clean and discreet the lights look during the day—flush-mounted and virtually invisible until they come on at night. Wegen returned later that evening to walk us through the app and all of the features. The number of presets, effects, and customization options is impressive, and seeing the lights in action exceeded our expectations. The house looks incredible. We highly recommend London Illuminations to anyone considering permanent outdoor lighting. Wegen and Senu deliver outstanding service, excellent workmanship, and a great customer experience. We’re very glad we chose them. They are a 5 star company.
