They came out right away to take measurements... read more and provide a quote, then promptly scheduled the installation as a surprise for my birthday. The team worked diligently through cold weather to ensure everything was installed perfectly and took extra care with my metal roof. Before the installation, we often sat on the deck, BBQ’d, or shoveled snow in the dark. Now, the lighting has made all those moments—and tasks—so much more enjoyable. I love how easy it is to adjust the colours, patterns, and brightness to suit our mood, need or season. Thank you, London Illuminations, for truly making my home—and my life—a brighter place

We had a good experience with London Illuminations. Originally planned for installation at the end of Jan 26 however, we received a message for early installation and thought that was... read more outstanding given we mentioned we can support an earlier date. Installation was good but had a few minor requests and the team were on it the next day and was completed to our complete satisfaction - thank you. Communication with London Illuminations was excellent during prep and post installation. I was a bit surprised with the limitation of the lighting app not supporting cloud-based/remote access. You can only control it while connected to your home Wi-Fi and not while away. From my reading I understood that it worked thru Wi-Fi anywhere. London Illuminations advised that an update to the app this year will allow full cloud-based support (in case you want to change a schedule or make any changes while away from home). This is definitely not a showstopper to my good recommendation and look forward to app update. We are very satisfied with decision to use them and the final results. I really don't think you will be disappointed with the results and the massive amount of preset lighting effects available. We have already had neighbour's asking about them after a few days.
